8 loving years and counting!!

To celebrate our 8th year of togetherness, Erbao make a bento for me themed with Xiaobai. The simple bento easily costed him $40 to buy things from tamago seasoning to Japanese pearl rice.

He woke up at 5pm, made me these, meet me at 8am on Jurong East platform, took the train with me to Paya Lebar before he heads back home. All my colleagues including K**th wowed with envy.

It's true. Not many people get love bento. It's my 2nd love bento in 8 years.

It's been 8 years of love, hate, anguish, sadness, nervous, touching. All kinds of feelings that a dictionary can offer. We are not the perfect couple. We quarrel and I slam things. We quarrel real hard and bad. Parents sometime step in to pull us back. At some point, I wanted to give up. I'm glad i didn't.

I thank God for giving me a man to love, to hate, to quarrel with, to throw things at, to say sweet nothings to and to kiss goodnight to.

We shaped each others' personality and honed other another's bad temper and impatience.

Er Bao's 1st Post!! Yay!

My Er Bao finally took the first step to post in our blog. After all, this is OUR blog, so I'm very happy he took part in this.

Today we went Sentosa for sun tanning. I'm really not supposed to be tanning myself as the wedding is 10 months down the road. I do not wish to be a orh-lu-lu bride. But I went.

It was good fun. Going to the beach has never never been an appeal to me. But today the weather is beautiful, almost cooling. It felt very comfortable lying in the Sun. I attempted for the first time to swim in the sea. Singapore waters has improved alot, it is clear (not crystal clear) but clear enough to see schools of fishes swimming around. I like this feeling.

Happy Valentine's Day BaoBei! and...

This is my very first post and i want to wish my lovely BaoBei a very happy valentine's day. We will have a wonderful outing today. ;)

Let me share a storey...
Today of 7 years ago, a very special and important character came into our life. He came with flowers and green apples. :D BaoBei was so touch when she sees him that she tears roll in her eyes. I was in camp for NS that day, so i sent him, our charming XiaoBai, to accompany her.


Happy seventh birthday, XiaoBai.

WiKee-pedia

I feel I should blog down why we name our blog "WiKee-pedia".

Well, WiKee come from our names Winnie & Kee Tong. Pedia as in encyclopedia and the real wikipedia where it means "contain everything".

So our WiKee-pedia will contain everything about us in our names.
